Richard
Egan
President and CEO
Richard has over 20 years of experience
in high technology sales, marketing and general management. Before
joining Inapac, he was the CEO of Aeluros, a start up focused on
high-speed, mixed signal PHY's for the communications market. Prior
to Aeluros, Richard was the General Manager of Conexant's Silicon
Valley Design Center, which was formed after Conexant acquired HotRail
Inc. Richard led the sales and marketing effort at HotRail, a venture
backed startup developing multi-gigabit transceivers and switch
fabrics. Prior to HotRail, Richard spent 10 years at LSI Logic in
a variety of senior roles including managing LSI's entry into the
SAN space through targeted investments in the nascent fibre channel
market. Richard also held management positions at Headland Technology,
Video Seven and Nixdorf Computer. Richard is a graduate of the University
of San Francisco with a BS in Business Administration.

Adrian
E. Ong
Co-founder, Vice President of Research and Development
Adrian has 14 years of experience designing
advanced DRAM and ASIC custom memories. To date, he holds 30 US
patents and has several patents pending. Prior to Inapac Adrian
worked at NeoMagic Corporation as Director of Engineering in the
Technology Group, where he was a key contributor in the company's
embedded DRAM technology. Previous to NeoMagic, Adrian was at G-LINK
Technology during its start up phase. He designed high performance
specialty DRAM products, including 16Mb, 8Mb and 4Mb DRAMs, for
discrete and MCM solutions, as well as several embedded DRAM macros
for TSMC. Before joining G-LINK, Adrian worked at Micron Technology
for 7 years. As lead designer in the advanced DRAM design group,
Adrian designed and patented Micron's first 64Mb DRAM architecture.
Adrian holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore
Polytechnic, and bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville.

Fan
Ho
Co-founder, Vice President of Operations
Fan has over 13 years in the semiconductor
industry, with extensive working experience and knowledge in both
frontend and backend production, operations and engineering. To
date, he holds 6 US patents and has several patents pending. Prior
to Inapac, Fan worked at NeoMagic Corporation as Senior Product
Engineering Manager, in the Manufacturing Group. Prior to NeoMagic,
Fan was at G-LINK Technology during its start-up phase and was in
charge of setting up the US backend operation. He managed a team
of product and test engineers in successfully debugging and ramping
up all company products into high volume production. Before joining
G-LINK, Fan worked at Micron Technology for 7 years. He was the
lead designer for the first 3.3V 4Mb DRAM in the world, and brought
it into high volume production after finishing the design. Fan holds
a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State
University.

Naresh Baliga
Vice President of Marketing
Naresh Baliga has over 20 years of
high technology experience, with a special focus on developing product
and marketing strategies for emerging markets.
Prior to joining Inapac, he was Vice President of Marketing at
Cognio, a startup focused on wireless network management solutions.
Before that he was VP of Consumer Markets in the Wireless Networking
Division at Cirrus Logic (formerly ShareWave), where he was responsible
for the marketing strategy for connected consumer electronic platforms.
Naresh has also held senior marketing roles at LSI Logic and Intel
Corporation addressing a variety of new market opportunities including,
DVD, hand-held products, video compression systems and microprocessors.
Mr. Baliga holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and
an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Brian Fernandez
Director of Finance
Brian Fernandez has over 20 years of
experience in hi-tech companies, most recently at Palm, Inc. as
a Director of Finance, supporting the Supply Chain organization.
Prior to that, Brian worked at VLSI Technology, Inc., also as a
Director of Finance, helping with the successful merger by Philips
Semiconductors. Brian has held other senior financial positions
at Read-Rite, Chips and Technologies and AMD. Brian earned a bachelor's
degree in Economics from Santa Clara University, as well as an MBA
in Finance from Golden Gate University.
